Production service: These tents have a $3,000 order minimum and must be rented with tables, chairs and linens (Full event setup).

- A two foot clearance around each side of the tent if required to properly install the tent.

(example: If the tent is 20x20 you will need a minimum of 24x24 feet of space)

- We cannot be setup under any overhanding tree branches, powerlines or any obstructing objects

- These can only be setup in a area clear of any trees, bushes, or any other objects obstructing the setup area.

- We will provide anchors to hold down the tent.

Stakes will be used if the tent will be setup on grass (Client must contact 811 dig)

Water barrels will be used if the tent will be setup on cement (Client must provide a water source within 50 feet of setup area)

WE DO NOT SETUP ON DIRT

- These tents are not available for sameday delivery and pickup or weekend delivery and pickup.

- Lighting and walls are not included but can be added for an additional fee.
