We carry every size, shape or configuration you can imagine - from round, straight, short ,tall, serpentine, specialty table, and more. We routinely deliver to backyard events, corporate functions, weddings, graduations or as well as other events and parties of all sizes looking to table rentals.
All of our tables are made of commercial grade materials that are also flame, mold, mildew, and stain resistant. It doesn’t matter if it is just a table, we strive to only offer the best.
Here at Ricky’s Party Rentals, our goal is to have a stress free rental experience. With that being said, the last thing you need to worry about is the cleanliness of all of our rentals. We take cleanliness and your guests' health seriously. We clean and disinfect all of our rental items between each rental so you can focus on enjoying your event and the company of the guests who attend.
We are fully insured and can accommodate additional insurance requests if needed.

Frequently Asked Questions About Table Rentals
We recommend placing your order as soon as possible. For small orders we may be able to accommodate a week in advance but items are subject to availability. For Peak season and holidays we recommend booking 1-3 Months in advance. (Spring, Graduations, Fall Wedding season, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.).
Not exactly... We refer to it as our design studio. We do not have all our entire inventory on display but you can schedule an appointment to view our Tabletop items (Glasses, Plates, Flatware, Linens, etc). Large rental items may not be viewed in our studio as space does not permit (Tents, Throne Chairs, Backdrops, etc).
Yes, travel fees very by city. Once you add items to your cart you can select your city and it will show you your travel fee.
Rentals are delivered between 8-5PM. Your driver will call before they arrive for delivery. No one has to be there at the time of delivery as long as we can leave the rentals in a secured location. Time sensitive delivery is available for an additional fee.
We have multiple delivery options to fit your needs.
Flex Delivery
We will deliver 1-2 business days before your event.
Example: If your event is on Saturday we would deliver Thursday or Friday. If your event is on Sunday we will also deliver Thursday or Friday as we are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Standard Delivery
We will deliver 1 business day before your event.
Example: If your event is on Saturday we will deliver on Friday. If your event is on Sunday we will also deliver on Friday as we are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Same Day Delivery
We will deliver the rentals the same day as your event. If your event lands on a Saturday or Sunday an additional fee will apply.
